A stimulating woodland experience, designed to promote a sense of well-being in a stress relieving, calming and peaceful environment.

Our Wellbeing Woodland Workshops for Adults provide a calming, restorative, and immersive nature experience designed to support mindfulness, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Set within a peaceful woodland environment, these sessions offer the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and step away from the pressures of daily life.

Rooted in Forest School principles, our approach is widely recognised for its positive impact on mental health, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

Our 7-acre woodland site, located within the Quex Park Estate in Birchington, has supported children and adults across Kent since 2011. We are now pleased to offer tailored wellbeing experiences for adult groups seeking meaningful time in nature.

These workshops are designed to:

Promote relaxation, mindfulness, and stress reduction

Encourage connection with nature and the natural environment

Support gentle movement and overall wellbeing

Foster creativity, achievement, and self-expression
