Jayne & Sean Sheerin

Jayne and Sean Sheerin have provided early years childcare in various settings for twenty years. They set up Manor House Nursery School in 2008, and Forest School followed in 2009. Jayne is a qualified childcare assessor with an adult teaching certificate, has varied qualification in relation to childcare and level 3 in Forest School. Sean manages finances and logistics.

Stuart Welby

Stuart Welby joined the nursery with a proven career in management. Stuart  successfully introduced the Forest school programme into our preschool classes and began offering sessions to local primary schools. Stuart has gained his BA in early childhood studies giving him a broad knowledge of young children and his level 4 Forest School Training certificate entitling him to train adults.

Kayleigh Weatherly

Kayleigh is the Manager of the Quex Park Forest School sites and is responsible for the organisation, procedures and our team of staff. Kayleigh has been qualified to level 3 in early years childcare and level 3 forest school for over 5 years. Kayleigh is a positive and upbeat team leader who leads good practice by
example. Kayleigh also has hands on experience of working with primary school children, so brings another layer of quality to the team.

Gordon Spencer

Gordon Spencer maintained his career as a paramedic for nearly twenty years. He joined Manor House Forest School in 2010 and trained as a level three practitioner soon after. Gordon has also qualified as a First Aid Trainer, delivering courses to both Nursery and Forest School practitioners.

Tiffany Coates

Tiffany Coates is the youngest and most energetic member of our Forest School team. Tiffany was already qualified as a childcare practitioner when joining the Forest School team and is now qualified to level 3 Forest School Practitioner. Tiffany works with our preschool children and is highly creative and artistic, bringing many additional ideas to the Forest School site.

James Corey

James Corey joined the Forest School soon after opening and delivers our programmes of Forest School to both nursery children and primary aged children within our holiday club. James joined us with qualifications in horticulture and land management, so has a sound knowledge of woodland flora and fauna. James is a Qualified level 3 Forest School Practitioner.

Jack Dexter

Jack is the newest member of the team, and will soon qualify to level 3 as a forest school practitioner. Jack has worked alongside the long serving practitioners
to gain knowledge and experience in the delivery of sessions to both children and adults. Jack already has experience of working with children before joining
forest school and now observes with great interest the difference it makes to children’s lives.

Rebekah Kefford

Rebekah Kefford handles all sales, marketing and
business development for Manor House Forest School, and joined us in March 2015. Having worked in advertising and marketing for over 26 years, she initially met us whilst working at Heart Radio as a Senior Account Manager. She fell in love with our forest school, and approached us to suggest how she could help grow and develop our brand. Leaving her 18-year career at Heart Radio, she brought her knowledge and experience to the business, and has never looked back! Rebekah is married, and has 2 young boys (both of whom have been to Manor House Nursery) so spare time is a luxury! Reading, peace and quiet and red wine are now her favourite past times!
