"Like so many things, the more you put in the more you get out!"
At Manor House Forest School, we have a beautiful and inspirational dedicated 7-acre woodland site at the prestigious Quex Park Estate in Birchington. It’s surrounded by open pasture, and has a mixture of mature trees and newer growth. Our dedicated site is also blessed with a huge variety of plants and wildlife, offering a natural learning environment for young people.
Cook over a campfire, fly down the adrenalin fuelled 136ft zip wire, learn how to build shelters for humans and animals, work hands-on with tools, and take part in team games, challenges and tasks.
We also have an on-site farm with pigs, goats chickens and ducks, offering a valuable opportunity to learn about animal welfare, bio-diversity, construction and maintenance which in turn raises interest in careers such as veterinary care, biology, farming, carpentry and much more.
If you don’t have your own transport, we can provide our minibuses.
